ConsumerPowerline Hires Seasoned Technology Executive as President of Field Operations
Latest Executive Focused on Leading Team to Deliver High Value Energy Management Solutions to Customers and Partners

NEW YORK - June 25, 2008 - ConsumerPowerline, Inc. (www.consumerpowerline.com), a leading strategic energy asset management firm and one of the largest non-utility providers of demand response solutions in North America, today announced the appointment of Steven Minisini to president of Field Operations. In this role, Minisini will lead ConsumerPowerline's field sales, marketing, account management and partner development activities as the company continues to expand its North America presence by delivering high value energy management solutions to customers and partners.

Minisini brings more than 20 years of enterprise technology, sales, marketing, general business management and executive leadership experience to ConsumerPowerline. He spent more than seven years in leadership positions at i2 Technologies, a full-service supply chain management company that combines technology, consulting, and managed services. In his most recent role as executive vice president and president of the Americas, Minisini's responsibilities included providing leadership for a sales force focused on the unique needs of their respective vertical and geographical regions, as well as consulting, marketing, industries, business development, and customer support throughout the United States, Canada, Latin America and Mexico. Prior to this role, Minisini was responsible for establishing and growing the company's automotive and industrial business unit to greater than $300 million in revenue, making it the largest business unit in the company.

In addition to i2, Minsini's experience includes serving as a regional vice president of sales for Antares Alliance Group, a joint venture software company between EDS and Amdahl Corporation, and serving as founder and chief executive officer of Waterstreet Management Group, a strategic management consulting firm specializing in technology and M&A.
