CPower Referral Partners
CPower referral partners provide qualified prospects that can be converted to a sales contract for energy management program delivery, including demand response, other demand resources and more.
Referral partner competencies:
- General knowledge of the services and solutions offered by CPower
- Credibility in a complementary business
- Delivery of qualified leads with clear communications about the opportunity for program participation such as those listed in the Services section of the website
- Enhance their standing with their client base by delivering the additional revenue created by participation in energy management programs
- Receive a one-time payment based on the total expected first year revenue of the programs employed
CPower Turnkey Sales Partners
CPower turnkey sales partners participate in the sales process by:
- Presenting opportunities to prospective clients (after completion of CPower sales and solutions training)
- Estimating the potential opportunity for the client facility (subject to verification by an engineering site visit after the contract is signed)
- Presenting the financial benefits of the program to the client along with subsequent tangible and intangible benefits
- Executing the CPower client contract with the prospective client to participate in the program
- Substantial client base of mid to large industrial, commercial, retail, institutional or multi-family residential clients that can benefit from CPower core offerings of services and solutions
- Competent sales force with background related to energy services enabling them to understand, explain, and take advantage of the incremental value proposition delivered by CPower
- Familiarity with products and services that complement CPower services and solutions
- Knowledge of demand response and energy efficiency
- Ability to quickly understand and be trained in CPower services and solutions
- Ability to achieve set MW demand response targets in an aggressive time frame
